However, the small size of the room could be a concern for some travelers, and I experienced some challenges with the lack of an elevator and room cleaning protocols. The atmosphere was charming, but the steep staircase may pose difficulties for some guests.

The location was superb, central to many attractions.

Accessing the room involved climbing 31 steep steps, which was challenging for us. The room felt more like a ‘posh hostel’ with a list of rules displayed, which detracted from a genuine hotel feel. Additionally, the bathroom was quite cramped, and the Saniflow system was noisy and unpredictable, making our stay uncomfortable.
